Successfully designed and managed the renovation of the 13,500 sqft apartment building. This project includes 6 apartments, 2 which have been newly constructed. I was the designer and the contractor for this project. Prepared Schematic Design package including 3d rendering and construction documents. Hired and managed subcontractors and laborers.
